成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to therapy, allergology and immunology, and can be used to detect allergy to birch pollen in a patient. 100 mcl of patient's blood is placed in 2 ml of 0.9% NaCl, 0.2 ml of methylene blue dye is added. Then, into 2 cells of the apparatus for microelectrophoresis, drops of the obtained solution are introduced in an equal amount, an allergen in the form of a liquid birch extract is added to one cell, cells are covered with glasses for uniform distribution of solution. Electrophoretic mobility is measured by alternating electromagnetic field with frequency of 0.3 Hz. Allergy to birch pollen is determined by decrease of amplitude of erythrocyte movement less than 5 mcm. USE - Medicine.
