| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention is a method of recovering arctic wastelands, involving mixing lichens with carrier material, which is a mixture of fragments of bark and/or branches, stones with size of 3–5 cm and peat, preliminarily treated by wetting with a nutrient solution of the biopreparation "Biolipostim", mixed with water in ratio of 1:20, and carrier material with lichens fixed on it is placed in container, which is then placed for growing during storage in a growth chamber with a controlled light mode at a design light intensity of 10 to 90 mcmol m2*s with controlled temperature mode, which is from 10–15° at night, and from 15–20° during the day, and with alternation of dry and wet phases for a time providing for germination of lichen spores, obtaining planting material, lichen used is at least one of lichen symbiotic fungi and algae, and/or cyanobacteria, and/or lichen bodies, method includes introducing and fixing the obtained planting material into an object for ecological restoration, lichens and carrier material are mixed at the following ratio, wt.%: carrier material—from 1.0 to 3.5, lichen—the rest.
