| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The robot has a hollow bottom opening that allows the robot to be removed from a tree. The robot reduces artificial ripening of fruits, labor deficiency and labor cost, wastage of yield of fruits, and harvests hidden and high claiming fruits. The robot is made of plastic, metal, or other suitable materials, and is attached to a top of a tree trunk. The tree trunk is provided with a top opening and a bottom opening. The top opening is provided to allow the top opening to open. The bottom opening allows the bottom opening to close when the robot is not in use. Tires sustain total weight of a body. A moving trolley consist of moveable four wheels, solar panel, electric motor, batteries and a basket for collecting the fruits. A robot arm reduces artificial ripening of the fruits. USE - Fruit harvesting robot for plucking and harvesting fruits in agricultural industry, agricultural related agencies and agro based industries by small and marginal farmers. ADVANTAGE - The robot enables developing higher level intelligence to an agent so as to provide better efficiency and to be effective in distinguishing between fruits that are ripe and unripe by implementing a meta-thinking layer and adding construction skill tree (CST) in the agent to help in faster skill acquisition. The robot allows to pluck the fruits in place of labor work under any seasonal and climatically worst conditions, so that hazards can be physical hazards and injuries due to noise and vibration, extreme cold and heat, working in windy, rainy or foggy conditions, exposure to ultra violet radiation and electric welding, chemical hazards such as dusts, fume, mists and gases, ergonomic issues and degenerative issues, and biological hazards, are avoided.
