| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to chemistry and pharmaceutics, specifically to immobilized on hyaluronic acid gel bis(L-threoninate) germanium (IV) dihydroxide with chemical formula [Ge(Thr)2(OH)2], having prolonged action antimicrobial activity, and to method of its production. Proposed method is characterized by the following steps: for preparing the gel, hyaluronic acid is mixed with distilled water in a weight ratio of (0.5-10)/100, respectively, for 30-40 minutes at room temperature; settling the obtained gel base for 12 hours and re-stirring for 30-40 minutes; then, while stirring, bis(L-threoninate) germanium (IV) dihydroxide is added to the obtained gel base in a weight ratio greater than or equal to 1/100, respectively.
