| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to fish breeding and can be used for lifetime, multi-portion, year-round, non-traumatic production of African sharptooth catfish caviar in parallel to the process of commercial fish growing. In the period from May to October at a water temperature of 28-29 °C, females are injected with Surfagon in a combination with eglonyl in doses of 5 mcg/kg and 10 mg/kg of fish weight, respectively, wherein in September-October before injection, a weekly preparation is carried out, during which females are given a fodder enriched with vitamins, probiotics and Irkutin adaptogen in amount of 40 mg/kg of fodder, and two or three days before the injection, feeding is stopped. In November-December and March-April, before injection, females are prepared, during which water temperature is gradually raised to 28-29 °C, and feed enriched with vitamins and Irkutin adaptogen at rate of 40 mg/kg of feed. In November-December, two-week preparation is carried out, and in March-April – week preparation, after which the females are pre-injected with the preparation Nerestin-7A in dose of 0.5 ml/kg of fish weight, and 12 hours later – provoking injection of Surfagon preparation in combination with eglonyl in doses of 5 mcg/kg and 10 mg/kg of fish weight, respectively. After maturation, caviar is collected by expression. USE - Fish farming.
