| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for preventing the development of necrosis in frostbite involves the use of a heat-insulating cover containing fixators and a multilayer shell, and complex drug treatment, including infusion therapy, and in case of patient’s consciousness switched off—neuroleptic anesthesia with muscle relaxants and controlled breathing. According to the invention, a heat-insulating cover is used, a multilayer heat-insulating shell which includes layers of Oxford fabric, bamboo heat-insulating filler, goose down, reindeer wool, bamboo heat-insulating filler, Oxford fabric and heat-reflecting material. Heat-insulating cover is applied directly on the frostbitten part of the body when providing first aid. Heat-insulating cover is fixed by means of retainers. Patient is transported to hospital for treatment of frostbite in the pre-reactive period, while maintaining hypothermia of the frostbite part of the body until blood circulation is restored. Complex drug treatment is carried out with the applied heat-insulating cover. USE - Medicine; medical equipment.
