| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental ophthalmology. During the first days in the conjunctival cavity and surface of the cornea, 5% Formalinan alcohol solution is instilled 5 times. Next day, 0.1% Dexamethasone is instilled 5 times day for 3 days. On 4th day, 2-3 drops of 99% Dimexidum concentrate are instilled and the cornea and conjunctival cavity are washed with 0.1% Dexamethasone solution. After washing under local anaesthesia with 0.4% Oxybuprocaine, corneal epithelium measuring 10×10 mm is scarified with a sterile microsurgical blade pre-wetted in 106 CFU/ml clinical suspension of fungal isolates of Candida spp., including fragments of mycelium. After scarification, conjunctival surface is irrigated with 106 CFU/ml clinical suspension of fungal isolates of Candida spp., and 0.2-0.3 ml of the same suspension is applied on inner surface of soft contact lens. Soft contact lens is put on the cornea and on the following days after 1 day for 5-6 approaches, additional irrigation of the cornea is performed by moving the soft contact lens, with 99% Dimexidum concentrate, clinical suspension of fungal isolates of Candida spp. 106 CFU/ml. On 10-11th day, fungal keratitis is obtained. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method enables to reproduce an experimental model of fungal keratitis caused by a clinical suspension of Candida species in rabbits in a low-traumatic, reliable and easy manner, which, in turn, enables to expand the possibilities for studying the pathological process and developing local etiotropic treatment. 1 cl, 3 dwg, 1 ex |
