| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The induction device has an inductor (1), a working chamber (5), and a set of ferromagnetic elements (6). Nine poles (2) with a coil winding (3) are evenly located around the circumference on the inner side of the inductor. Each pole of the inductor consists of a pole body and a T-shaped tooth crown (4) protruding beyond the winding and expanding toward the working chamber. All phases of the coil winding are connected in series with each other and with a power source with sinusoidal voltage. The ferromagnetic elements are made in the form of double-edged rods. USE - Induction device for processing liquid media e.g. liquid hydrocarbons. ADVANTAGE - The induction device can reduce the uneven distribution of ferromagnetic elements throughout the entire volume of the working chamber when operating from a three-phase industrial network with a sinusoidal voltage of 380 V and frequency of 50 Hz. The induction device can increase in the efficiency of processing liquids with solid insoluble impurities, increase the value of magnetic induction on average over the volume of the working chamber, and reduce the negative impact of the 1st order dead zone in the area of the inductor bore in comparison with a design with missing tooth crowns. The efficiency and quality of processing liquids with solid insoluble impurities is increased, and the operation is simplified.
