| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Manufacturing eco-friendly and sustainable concrete products using construction and demolition (C&D) waste, involves (i) collecting discarded cement bags and C&D waste, that has concrete rubble, bricks, and debris from demolition sites and recycling centers; (ii) sorting the collected waste to extract usable aggregates; (iii) crushing the sorted waste into aggregates of uniform size and screening to remove impurities and oversized fragments; (iv) melting the collected cement bags to obtain a molten cement binder; (v) mixing the molten cement binder with the screened aggregates in a weight ratio of 3:1:3 (molten cement bags: crushed fine aggregates: crushed coarse aggregates)to form a homogenous mixture; (vi) molding the homogenous mixture into desired shapes for concrete products; and (v) cooling and solidifying the molded products, enabling the molten cement binder to harden and bond with the aggregates to form a durable concrete product. ADVANTAGE - The products are suitable for use in landscaping, pavements, urban infrastructure, and construction projects. The method provides a sustainable alternative to conventional cement-based materials, reducing environmental impact and promoting the reuse of construction waste. The method also provides significant cost savings, reduces the need for natural resources, such as sand and gravel, which are becoming increasingly scarce, by incorporating C&D waste into the production process, the method supports the circular economy and promotes the efficient use of resources in the construction industry. The method is highly sustainable, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly method for manufacturing paver blocks and bricks. The use of molten cement bags and C&D waste as primary raw materials significantly reduces the environmental impact of construction, while producing durable and high-strength products suitable for various outdoor applications.
