| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental medicine, and can be used for integrative evaluation of laser puncture efficiency in experiment. Laser puncture course is followed by measuring lipid peroxidation (LPO), total antioxidant activity (TAA), a regulation process adequacy index (RPAI), and a vegetative rhythm index (VRI). An integrative efficiency factor (EF) is calculated by formula: EF=LPOstandard/TAAstandard×RPAIstandard/VRIstandard,where LPOstandard=POL/POLN, TAAstandard=OAA/OAAN; RPAIstandard=RPAI/RPAIN; VRIstandard=VRI/VRIN, LPON, TAAN, RPAIN, VRIN are norm values, which are taken as average value in the group of model objects in norm. If the EF value is less than 1.0, the presence of a therapeutic effect of laser puncture is stated, and if the EF value is more than 1.0, its absence is stated. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides the possibility of increasing the accuracy of evaluating the effectiveness of laser puncture in an experiment by using the following indicators: LPO, TAA, RPAI and VRI, in which the risk of complications is minimal, with the aim of wider therapeutic use of laser puncture and inclusion of this method in the protocol of complex medical rehabilitation of patients with pain syndromes. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
