成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and concerns a method for determining the risk of ischemic heart disease (IHD) in males aged 25-64 years with obesity and depression. According to the proposed method, a body weight index and a level of depression are taken into account; determining the value of the function F:F = -4.942+0.345×PointDepr+1.073×Obesity, where PointDepr is the sum of points obtained when assessing the level of depression by conducting test of 15 statements in the questionnaire in Fig. 1, wherein for statements 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 the “agree” answer is 1 point and the “disagree” answer is 0 points, and for statements 5, 10, the “agree” answer is 0 points and the “disagree” answer is 1 point, Obesity indicates presence of obesity and is equal to 1; risk of developing ischemic heart disease (R) is calculated by formula: R = 1/(1+e(-F)), where e is a mathematical constant equal to 2.718, F is a function value; if R is less than 0.055, a low risk of IHD is predicted, and if R is greater than or equal to 0.055, a high risk of IHD is predicted. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Invention provides higher accuracy of early diagnosis of ischemic heart disease in persons with obesity and high level of depression, which will allow reducing morbidity due to cardiovascular pathology and avoiding further progression of cardiovascular diseases and development of their complications. 1 cl, 4 dwg, 3 ex
