| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Surgical treatment of wound defect surface and necrotomy are performed. Pedicle muscle flap is formed simultaneously. Medical fine-pored hypoallergenic sterile polyurethane sponge with a single-lumen drainage is placed in the area of the wound defect and around the muscular flap. Closed with a sealing bandage. Drainage is connected to a negative pressure apparatus with a negative pressure of 120 mmHg. Dressing is performed once every two days. After the mature granulation tissue is formed and the wound surface is cleaned, the wound defect is closed by moving the pedicle muscle flap into it.
