Disclosed is a fig with nanostructured vitamin A, consisting of softened pectin fruit puree in the form of an apple mixture and a nanostructured additive in form of nanostructured vitamin A in sodium alginate, or nanostructured vitamin A in carrageenan, or nanostructured vitamin A in gellan gum, or nanostructured vitamin A in konjac gum, or nanostructured vitamin A in sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, or nanostructured vitamin A in highly esterified apple pectin, or nanostructured vitamin A in low-etherified apple pectin, or nanostructured vitamin A in highly esterified citrus pectin, or nanostructured vitamin A in low-etherified citrus pectin in form of nanocapsules, in amount of 450 mcg of nanostructured vitamin A per 100 g of raw apple mixture.
