成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to oil production by hydraulic fracturing due to use of high-quality aluminosilicate proppant obtained from granular ceramic materials. Composition for producing aluminosilicate proppant contains the following components, wt.%: drilling sludge 70–80, scrap glass of BT-1 grade – 20–30, technical alumina of GK grade – 5–10 (over 100%), sodium fluoride – 3–5 (over 100%). Drill mud contains kaolinite, quartz, barite and feldspar. Aluminosilicate proppant is obtained in the form of granules with sphericity and Crumbien-Schloss roundness of not less than 0.8, with granule size from 0.1 to 2.5 mm and density of 2.4–3.7 g/cm3. Specimens of this composition have high strength of 73.58 MPa. USE - Oil industry.
