| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing composite binder based on industrial wastes, which can be used in cement and construction industry. This is achieved by the fact that method of producing composite binder based on industrial wastes includes grinding of portland cement clinker and industrial wastes, differs by the fact that the industrial wastes used are vanadium production wastes containing the following, wt.%: SiO2 3.22; Al2O3 0.41; CaO 36.93; MgO 5.03; V2O5 2.81; Mn2O3 17.39; SO3 33.02; other secondary impurities 1.19; colemanite is additionally used of the following composition, wt.%: B2O3—40.1; CaO—27.5; SiO2—5.2; MgO—2.8; Fe2O3—0.06; other secondary impurities—24.34; mixing said vanadium production wastes and colemanite at a weight ratio of 2:1, 86–88 wt.% of portland cement clinker is added and the mixture is ground together in a centrifugal planetary mill for 0.25 hours to specific surface area of 6,400 cm2/g.
