| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used for processing cylindrical parts by means of thermomechanical action of rotating tool and hardening of axial workpieces during manufacture of axial cutting tool. Proposed method comprises fixing the part in rotary appliance and displacing the rotary deforming tool over the entire surface of the workpiece. Rotary deforming tool used is a tool made with a collar and a tip of a given shape, which is installed with an offset relative to the workpiece axis. Said tool is cut with force of 5–20 kN until collar is buried by preset value with provision of thermomechanical action on part surface by its heating to temperature of 600–1,000 °C depending on processing modes and material of processed part and deforming tool, then a feed movement is performed, which includes movement of the deforming tool along the axis of the machined part and rotation of the part matched with it to form a hardened zone with dimensions depending on the feed movement and the hardening tool size.
