成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to powder metallurgy, a method of producing spherical nonporous powder of high-entropy alloy CrCoFeMnNi, alloyed with nitrogen, for use in additive technologies. Powder is obtained by mechanical alloying of a mixture of initial elementary powders of Cr, Co, Fe, Ni and Mn4N powder in an attritor with addition of grinding bodies with size of 5-15 mm for 5-25 hours at rate of 150-350 rpm. Obtained powder is granulated by spray drying mixture of 2% aqueous solution of PVA due to action of hot air and centrifugal force, and its low-temperature plasma spheroidization is carried out in plasma of an argon-hydrogen mixture. USE - Powder metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - Obtaining spherical spherical powder of high-entropy nitrogen alloy with particle size of 20-120 mcm, with fluidity of not more than 25 s, with degree of sphericity of not more than 1,4, absence of internal gas porosity, single-phase composition, uniform chemical distribution of initial elements. 5 cl, 1 ex
