成果简介	NOVELTY - The venturi scrubber-absorber has a cylindrical shell (2) in which the nozzles of an upper tier of irrigation are located in which the cylindrical shell is made detachable and is equipped at the bottom with a flange for fastening the shell to a counter flange of a confuser. A sealed annular tank (5) is provided with a flange for fastening to the counter flange of a high-temperature gas supply branch pipe (1) which is attached coaxially to the shell in the upper portion. A tank is equipped with the radially located liquid supply pipes (6), and a drain pipe (7), where there is a gap for overflowing liquid from the annular tank between the flange of the high-temperature gas supply pipe and the end of the shell. USE - Venturi scrubber-absorber for performing simultaneous cleaning of gases from suspended particles/absorption of harmful gas components used in chemical, metallurgical, food and other industry. ADVANTAGE - The venturi scrubber-absorber ensures reliable operation of the venturi scrubber-absorber when cleaning high-temperature gas, and reduces the material consumption of the device and its cost since expensive corrosion-resistant material is often used for manufacturing, and stabilizes the value of the hydraulic resistance of the venturi scrubber-absorber. The venturi scrubber-absorber increases the reliability of the apparatus when cleaning high-temperature gas and ensures constant hydraulic resistance of the apparatus under specified operating conditions.
