成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a Venturi scrubber-absorber (1) and a circulation collector is equipped with an input, feed, overflow and drain pipe. The scrubber-absorber is located on the cover of the circulation collector. An irrigated packed column (2) is located parallel to the Venturi scrubber-absorber on the cover of the circulation collector. The circulation collector from the bottom to the design level is divided by a sealed partition (3) into two portions with the possibility of liquid overflowing through the partition in countercurrent with the gas flow. A feed nipple of a circulation collector (4) of a irrigated packed column is equipped with a control valve (6) for automatic maintenance of the level in a circulation collector of the Venturi scrubber-absorber (5), which is also equipped with the feed nipple with a control valve (7) for automatic control of the potential hydrogen (pH) parameters and density of the solution removed from the collector of the spent solution. USE - Device for simultaneous purification of gases from suspended particles and absorption of harmful gas components used in chemical, metallurgical and food industries. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures an increase in the efficiency of gas purification due to the installation of an additional purification stage. The high concentration of salts of the absorbed component is maintained in the purification apparatus reduces the amount of discharged wastewater, reduces the costs of subsequent operations of thickening or evaporation of the solution to a solid product, reduces the consumption of the absorption solution and increases the coefficient of its use in the gas purification process. The highest possible concentration of salts and captured components are maintained in the circulation tank.
