成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of alloying alloy in form of nitrided silicomanganese. It can be used as nitrogen-containing alloy for alloying manganese-containing steels with nitrogen. Initial mixture containing 10–55 wt.% of ferrosilicon powder, optionally, at least one nitrogen-containing material based on silicon nitride and/or manganese in total concentration of 5–20 wt.%, and silicomanganese powder—the rest. Silicomanganese powder containing, wt.%: silicon 9–29, iron 1–16, manganese and impurities—the rest, and ferrosilicon powder containing, wt.%: silicon 71–99, iron and impurities—the rest. Nitriding is carried out in the mode of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis at nitrogen pressure of 0.5–20.0 MPa. USE - Ferrous metallurgy.
