| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing bitumen binders for producing asphalt concrete mixtures in road construction. Method is carried out by pyrolysis of lignocellulose wastes, subsequent separation of liquid pyrolysis products, separation of liquid pyrolysis products with formation of resinous water and liquid organic layer – bio-oil, which is subjected to dehydration till water content is less than 20.0 wt.%. Then the obtained bio-oil is heated to 80.0–90.0 °C and mixed with road oil bitumen preheated to 80.0–140.0 °C at the following ratio of components, wt.%: bio-oil with water content of less than 20.0 wt.% 0.5–5.0 and road oil bitumen – the rest up to 100.0, the product of mixing is held at 80–120 °C for 30–60 minutes and cooled to obtain the desired bitumen binder.
