成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to producing workpieces of parts from aluminium alloys by selective laser fusion. It can be used for production of aircraft parts, including gas turbine engines. Aluminium alloy powder is preliminarily subjected to vacuum drying at temperature of 110–150°C for 2–4 hours. Layer of powder is applied on construction platform. Selective laser fusion is carried out at laser beam power 400–450 W, scanning speed from 1,200 to 1,600 m/s, scanning interval 0.13–0.15 mm or at laser beam power 330–360 W, scanning speed from 1,200 to 1,300 m/s, scanning interval 0.15–0.19 mm, layer thickness 28–32 mcm with heating of construction platform to temperature of 150–200°C.
