| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a filtering device for protection against debris of an emergency cooling system of a water-cooled nuclear reactor and can be used in nuclear power engineering, in particular, in systems of emergency cooling of active zone of water-cooled nuclear reactor. Filtering device (FU) contains filtering modules (FM) connected to the collector installed on the receiving opening of the emergency cooling system pipeline, and is equipped with a frame. Each filter module is made in the form of a set of standard filter elements, mounted parallel to each other in a pile with gaps between adjacent filtering elements on the panel of the filtering module. All filtering elements are hydraulically connected to each other in parallel, note here that every filter element is composed of hollow structure with flat carcass shaped to rectangular frame and filtered fluid discharge branch pipe. Thickness of the frame determines the thickness of the filtering element, a filtering mesh attached to the frame is stretched on the frame, and in each filtering module frames of filtering elements included in it are combined into a single structure by means of rod spacers operating in tension-compression. At that, filtering screen is equipped with corrugations in the form of multiple protrusions and depressions periodically repeating in one or more directions or randomly, note here that said protrusions can be either smooth wavy or composed of elements with flat or curved faces.
