| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - A device comprises an unit for axially compressing a pack of piston rings (3), made in the form of a flange installed with the possibility of movement, a fixed flange (1) connected by a cylindrical rod (2) with a thread and a nut (4), and an elastic element made of a heat-resistant alloy installed between the nut (4) and the movable flange (5), which provides compensation for decrease in the axial compression force of the pack in stress relaxation during the heat treatment process. The device is used for heat-fixing piston rings in a pack during the heat treatment at a heating temperature of no more than 800° C. USE - Device used for heat fixing piston rings for automobile and marine internal combustion engines, and piston compressor. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces warping and deformation of the piston rings during heat treatment.
