| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to agriculture. Soil tillage roller is a hollow cylinder equipped with axis (1), with ribs (2) evenly located along the circumference, installed along a helical line, connecting vertical disks (3). L-shaped fasteners (4) consisting of two rigidly interconnected plates are installed at both ends of axis (1). Some of these plates are connected to each other by means of additional axis (5) installed with possibility of rotation, at the ends of which there are installed pulleys (6). Auxiliary axle (7) is installed on the other plates with possibility of rotation, at one end of which there is pulley (6), and at the other end – sprocket (8). Pulleys (6) of each attachment are interconnected by belt transmission (9). Teeth of sprocket (8) engage with ribs (2). On auxiliary axis (5) auxiliary discs are installed. Rings (11) with toothed surface are installed on the edge of auxiliary disks. Teeth are made in the form of triangular prisms with the same height. Distance between the rings and the width of the rings are equal to the maximum size of the soil lump specified by agrotechnical requirements. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Improved quality of soil compaction and crumbling of soil lumps. |
