| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for combined treatment of chronic tonsillitis. Method involves the combined effect on the area of pathologically changed palatine tonsils by a complex of physical and physical-chemical factors representing: high-amplitude ultrasound – f = 26.5 kHz; vacuum with rarefaction of 0.15 kgf/cm2 and 0.35 kgf/cm2; ozone/NO - and ozonide/NO-containing medicinal substances in different phase states; photosensitizer – 1 % aqueous solution of methylene blue, pulsed red laser radiation with wavelength - λ= 635 nm, initiating photoactivation of photosensitizer, absorbing radiation of red spectrum; photochromic-ultrasonic exposure to high-amplitude ultrasound - f = 44 kHz and photochromic illumination of the sonicated area with a matrix of semiconductor light-emitting diodes of superbright radiation of the red spectrum with wavelength - λ= 630 nm; intermediate capillary-porous gasket from sorption bactericidal non-woven fibrous material with active centres fixed on its fibres in the form of aluminium oxide hydrate particles bonded with particles of bactericidal component - colloidal silver, which is a carrier of ozone/NO- and ozonide/NO-containing solutions of medicinal substances, which are used in combination. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Use of the invention enables to increase the effectiveness of the antibacterial photodynamic therapy of chronic tonsillitis, prevent the onset of relapses and reduce the course of treating the disease by optimizing the hydrodynamic sanitation processes, as well as hydro- and photodynamic sensitization, carried out by high-amplitude ultrasonic and pulsed laser exposure on palatine tonsil, allowing to achieve destruction of mature biofilms containing associative pathogenic flora and inactivation of endotoxins. 3 cl, 16 dwg, 2 ex |
