成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for producing a rabbit with gene knockout CSN2 (β-cas). Said method involves editing the CSN2 (β-cas) by CRISPR/Cas9 method, for which zygotes, assessed as normal, are subjected to microinjection procedure with genetic construct, which is a mixture of sgRNA and CRISPR/Cas9 enzyme in ratio 1:1, living embryos are separated from dead ones as a result of microinjection and embryos are transplanted to female recipients.
