成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to devices for contactless transfer of torque from drive shaft to driven shaft and its disengagement. Superconducting magnetic coupling for kinetic energy storage consists of two cylindrical half-couplings. Drive half-coupling is connected to an external drive of movement and contains a holder with permanent magnets, and the driven half-coupling is placed in a vacuum chamber cooled by a cryo-refrigerator on the driven shaft of rotation. Axes of symmetry of two half-couplings and shaft coincide. Drive half-coupling comprises a holder in the slots of which at least one permanent magnet is located so that the magnetic field generated by them does not have rotational symmetry relative to the axis of the said shaft, and the driven half-coupling comprises a holder, on the surface of which, facing the permanent magnets of the drive half-coupling, there is at least one high-temperature superconducting element, in such a way that the magnetic field arising from the permanent magnets of the drive half-coupling penetrates into the superconducting elements. Around the side surface of the driven half-coupling with a gap providing the possibility of rotation of the above shaft with the driven half-coupling placed on it, a hollow cylindrical copper screen is installed equidistantly with it, having a tight mechanical contact with the cryo-refrigerator. Heater is wound on the outer surface of the cylindrical copper screen opposite to the side facing the said rotating shaft. USE - Electrical engineering. ADVANTAGE - Increased stability of rotation of the driven shaft and bearings of the kinetic energy accumulator, as well as the possibility of contactless disengagement of the coupling without mechanical action. 1 cl, 3 dwg
