There are presented methods for differential diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Methods include taking a peripheral blood sample from a patient and counting the number of leukocytes and lymphocytes in the peripheral blood sample, assessing the proportion of the population of HLADR+ lymphocytes, CD4+ helper T cells, T-cytotoxic CD8+ lymphocytes, activated CD3+ HLADR+ T-cells, assessment of the proportion of B-lymphocytes by markers CD20+, CD22+ and CD23+ and assessment of the CD4+/CD8+ immunoregulatory index in a peripheral blood sample in different variations.
