成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to genetic engineering, and represents recombinant plasmid DNA pNhaDAAO containing a modified Nhadaao gene coding D-amino acid oxidase Natrarchaeobius halalkaliphilus archaea AArcht4 (NhaDAAO). Obtained plasmid provides expression of the modified gene included in its nucleotide sequence in Escherichia coli cells. As a result of transformation of the strain E. coli BL21 (DE3) with the proposed plasmid, a new recombinant producer strain E. coli BL21 (DE3)/pNhaDAAO VKPM B-14556 is obtained, which provides expression of NhaDAAO in an active form.
