成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, paediatrics, urology, and can be used in treating children of 6-17 years old with neurogenic bladder dysfunction of non-organic genesis. Presence of pathogenic microflora is detected and its level in intestine, throat smear and urine is determined by chromatography-mass spectrometry. If observing an increase in the pathogenic microflora content relative to the reference values, the treatment is carried out according to the following scheme: 1) miramistin solution in 2 doses in each nostril, on each tonsil, posterior pharyngeal wall 5 times day for 10 days, then during one day each nostril and throat are irrigated with solution of Aquamaris by 2 doses; 2) Florin Forte 1 sachet × 3 times a day – 1 month, bifidumbacterin by 1 suppository at night after stool – 10 days, iberogast 5-10 drops in 30 ml of water 15 minutes before meals – 10-14 days, Zosterin-Ultra 30 % by 1 g × 1 time per day 1 hour after meal – 7 days, vitamin D3 5 drops at bedtime for a month, enterol 1 capsule × 2 times a day – 5 days, milk thistle after meals 1 tablet – 1 month; 3) lingonberry leaf decoction by 1/2 of cup 5 times a day, dyer's madder 1/3 tablet × 3 times per day for 2 months.
