| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a base (12) on which a frame housing is fixed, having grooves (8) repeating the profile of the thin steel component (1) being processed. The fixing elements (3) are installed in grooves, and located on both sides of the component with the possibility of movement and fixation in grooves. Each fixing element includes a sensor (7) for measuring the amount of deformation of the component during the hardening process. USE - Device for installing thin steel component during laser hardening of working sections of steam turbine blades. ADVANTAGE - The possibility of correcting thermal deformations during the processing of articles can be made. The components can be processed with laser beam and can be used in mechanical engineering for laser hardening of the working surface or portion of the working surface of predominantly thin steel components of complex curvilinear shape and variable thickness without residual deformation that occurs after laser processing and leads to distortion of the original shape of the component, during laser hardening of working sections of steam turbine blades. The amount of residual deformation of steel components can be reduced during laser hardening of the working surface or portion of the working surface of predominantly thin steel components of complex curvilinear shape and variable thickness. The minimum permissible deviations in the shape of the surface of components can be ensured in the form of sufficiently thin steel plates and sheets, with variable cross-sectional thickness, during laser hardening of the surface or component of the surface. The resulting stresses can be reduced to a value close to zero.
