| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The unit has a motor connected with a traction inverter. The traction inverter comprises a direct current (DC) link. A power pack comprises a battery management system and connected with a synchronous DC-DC converter and a control unit. The control unit is configured to discharge the DC link using the synchronous DC-DC converter when a battery management system enters into a fault mode. The control unit is configured to discharge the DC link using a brake resistor. The control unit is configured to discharge DC link using the synchronous DC-DC converter and the brake resistor simultaneously. The synchronous DC-DC converter comprises a pair of switches. USE - Powertrain unit for an electric vehicle. Users include but are not limited to two-wheeler, electric three-wheeler, electric four-wheeler, electric pickup lorry and electric lorry. ADVANTAGE - The unit ensures that excess energy is safely dissipated, thus preventing potential damage to a system and enhancing fault tolerance. The unit provides precise regulation of energy dissipation, thus optimizing overall powertrain performance. The unit realizes smooth voltage fluctuations and maintains a stable power supply within a powertrain unit from power electronics, thus ensuring consistent operation of a motor, and supporting regenerative braking by managing bidirectional power flow.
