成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to oil refining, in particular to methods of producing petroleum pitch, and can be used in petrochemical and oil refining industry to produce isotropic and anisotropic petroleum pitches for various purposes, including fibre-forming ones. Described is a method of producing petroleum pitch, which involves two-stage thermal treatment of highly aromatic residual oil products and/or fractions thereof with a boiling point of 200 °C in an inert atmosphere: at the first stage, thermal polycondensation is carried out at temperature of 350-500 °C and high pressure of 0.2-1.5 MPa and mechanical mixing to obtain a heterophase pitch with an anisotropic phase content of 2-10 wt. %; at the second stage isothermal holding of the obtained heterophase pitch is carried out at temperature of 350-500 °C and reduced pressure of 0.001-0.01 MPa for distillation of low-molecular weight components from reaction mass and obtaining anisotropic pitch with mesophase content of 20-60 wt. %; heat treatment at high and low pressure is carried out with recirculation of reaction mass; then, before entering the extraction unit, filtration of anisotropic pitch with mesophase content of 20-60 wt. % is used for cleaning from non-fusible components, and in the extraction unit, the filtered heat treatment residue is separated at reduced pressure into isotropic and anisotropic components by extraction with a heterocyclic solvent to obtain target isotropic and anisotropic pitches with content of an optically anisotropic phase of more than 50 wt. % of petroleum pitches, as a result, target anisotropic pitch with mesophase content of up to 100 wt. % is obtained. USE - Oil refining.
