| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The mechanism (100) has a charging gun (102) and a gun holder assembly (104) in a charger. The holder assembly is configured to receive and securely hold the charging gun via a magnet (106). The charging gun comprises a protruding metal ring fixed on a lateral surface of the gun. The gun holder has a cavity to receive the gun, where the cavity (110) is a stepped cavity comprising a stepped surface along a depth of the cavity. The metal ring is magnetically held by the magnet to hold the gun inside the cavity, where resting of the metal ring on the stepped surface protects the gun from environmental factors. USE - Charging gun docking mechanism for a charger of a vehicle i.e. electric vehicle. Can also be used for an internal combustion engine vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The docking mechanism ensures secure placement of the charging gun through a gun holder assembly, which provides stability to charging gun and prevents accidental dislodgement. The charging gun mechanism includes magnets which enhance the retention of the gun, thus ensures an easily detachable connection. The design protects the charging guns from environmental factors, such as dust and moisture. The docking mechanisms provide electrical isolation, thus reducing the risks associated with unintended electrical contact. The user-friendly design of charging gun docking mechanism enhances the user-friendliness, reliability, and mechanical simplicity.
