| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The assembly (100) has a set of drive gears (102) mounted on a main shaft (104). A pair of main shaft bearings (110) support the main shaft. A pair of counter shaft bearings (112) is provided for supporting a counter shaft. The main shaft bearings are mounted in proximity of a highest drive gear (114). The counter shaft bearing is arranged in proximity to a highest driven gear (116). A shifter fork (124) is mechanically engaged with the drive gears. A drum cam gear shaft (126) is engaged with a shifter shaft to control the driven gears. USE - Gear-box assembly for adjusting a power transmission ratio between a power source and a load based on speed of an electric vehicle e.g. road-running vehicle, hybrid vehicle, and fuel cell vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The gear-box assembly is provided with enhanced efficiency and safety. The bearings are positioned to a highest gear and a lowest gear, ensures that the load on the gear shafts is evenly distributed to reduce friction generated between the gears and possibility of the misalignment of the gear-shafts in smoother gear engagement and reduces wear over time, thus contributing to reliable performance of the assembly. The bearings allow the gears to rotate with less resistance, thus reducing the amount of energy lost to friction.
