成果简介NOVELTY - Method of determining tylosin in objects of veterinary surveillance – products of animal origin or fodders – consists in the fact that a sample is homogenised, centrifuged, the supernatant is separated and tylosin is determined by enzyme immunoassay, wherein to the sample of the object of veterinary surveillance after homogenisation acetonitrile is added in a weight ratio of sample : acetonitrile equal to 1:3.5–5.0, the reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, centrifuged at 2,000–2,500 rpm for 5–10 minutes with subsequent separation of supernatant, further, it is evaporated in a stream of nitrogen to 10.0–15.0% of the initial volume of the sample and bidistilled water is added in a weight ratio of sample : water equal to 1:2.0–5.0, and continuing to evaporate in a stream of nitrogen until evaporation of acetonitrile with subsequent introduction into the reaction mixture of n-hexane in a weight ratio of sample : n-hexane equal to 1:3.5–5.0, reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, centrifuged at 2,000–2,500 rpm for 5–10 minutes with subsequent removal of upper fat layer in n-hexane, and water supernatant is used for enzyme immunoassay.
