| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Applying separator coating on three-dimensional electrode, involves connecting a vacuum pump to a vacuum base plate, placing a three-dimensional electrode to be coated on an electrode die of the vacuum base plate, establishing a seal area between the vacuum base plate and a closed vacuum chamber, and securing a spraying apparatus on the closed vacuum chamber. An air compressor is connected to the spraying apparatus to generate and supply compressed air for coating. The vacuum pump is energized to create a vacuum pressure to hold the three-dimensional electrode securely on the electrode die and to evacuate the air from the closed vacuum chamber. The air compressor is energized to apply ceramic separator coating on the three-dimensional electrode by a spray nozzle of the spraying apparatus. The air compressor is de-energized after completing the spraying operation. USE - Method for applying separator coating on three-dimensional electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the cost and the wastage separator coating material and works at optimal pressure conserving the structural integrity of the three-dimensional electrode.
