成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing a wear-resistant coating. Laser cladding is used to apply powder high-entropy material containing components at the following ratio, wt.%: titanium 2-10, iron 10-30, cobalt 10-30, chromium 10-30, nickel 10-30, manganese 10-30, carbon 0.5-2.5. Application of said material by laser cladding is carried out at laser power of 2.2-2.6 kW, laser beam scanning speed of 12-15 mm/s, consumption of deposited material of 7.5-15 g/min and laser spot diameter of 2.0-2.5 mm. USE - Various technological processes. ADVANTAGE - Increasing the strength of the wear-resistant coating and simplifying the method of applying the coating.
