成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method for reducing the amount of polypeptide transporting organic anions 1B1 (OATP1B1) in vitro. Said method involves culturing the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 in Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with glucose content of 4,500 mg/l, containing L-glutamine 4 mM, 15% bovine serum, 100 units/ml of penicillin and 100 mcg/ml of streptomycin, for 5 days, and adding progesterone to the medium to achieve its concentration in the medium selected from 10 and 100 mcM, followed by incubation for 24 hours.
