| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used in treating patients with severe pseudomembranous colitis. Prognostic scale ATLAS is used to assess the ineffectiveness of the drug therapy, and if score is 4–6 points, a therapeutic suspended ileostomy is formed. Catheter for administering drug solutions is delivered through the discharge loop of the ileostomy into the lumen of the colon. 125–250 g of Vancomycin, 500–1,000 mg of Metronidazole, 200–220 mg of Fidaxomicin in 500 ml of normal saline 2 times day for 10 days, 100–120 mg of Rebamipide in 500 ml of normal saline 2 times day for 10 days. Time between introduction of the first and second solutions is 6 hours. USE - Medicine; coloproctology.
