| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The harvester has a manipulator unit (1) providing controlled operability including selective vertical, rotational, and horizontal motion for reaching to the produce of the harvest. An end effector unit (2) includes a cutter and allows cooperative holding of the produce of the harvest. A motion control unit allows controlled movement of the manipulator and desired positional actuation of the end effector for the efficient harvesting. A transportation-cum-storage unit (4) collects and stores the fruits harvested and provides a storage for the harvest. A motion control unit allows controlled movement of the manipulator to reach to the produce of the harvest with end effector to effect plucking involving holding of the produce of harvest, activation of cutter for cutting and holding the cut produce of harvest for subsequent release into the transportation-cum-storage unit using an operative power source. USE - Remotely operated fully automatic smart fruit harvester for harvesting fruits e.g. mango, from trees, and agricultural produces from plantations. ADVANTAGE - The harvester leverages precise motion control to optimize fruit harvesting, minimizes manpower required and retains the quality of the harvested fruits. The harvester uses a specialized cutter as the end effector that ensures secure fruit detachment and minimizes damage, and showcases solutions in resolving practical issues associated with harvesting tools.
