| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to hard alloys based on tungsten carbide with binder alloyed with rhenium for semi-finishing of hard-to-machine materials. It can be used for processing alloys based on refractory metals, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steels and alloys. Tungsten carbide-based hard alloy for semi-finishing of hard-to-machine materials contains tungsten carbide and 8.5 wt.% of binder containing 52–55 wt.% of rhenium, the rest is cobalt. Hardness (H) of the alloy is not less than 89 HRA, ultimate bending strength (σout) is not less than 1,274 MPa. Ultimate bending strength and hardness are related to volume content of binder(Vb) and/or carbide phase (Vc) by the following ratios: σout=53.0Vb[vol. %]+936.3=53(100−Vc)[vol. %]+936.3 [MPa]; H=−0.419Vb[vol. %]+93.67=−0.419(100−Vc)[vol. %]+93.67 [HRA].
