成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to reduction of body parts by gas-thermal cladding, in particular, cast-iron and steel parts. Method includes preliminary heating of restored surface of part in its local zone with high-temperature flame of surfacing burner to working temperature, corresponding to temperature of formation of liquid phase of self-fluxing powder material. Self-fluxing powder is supplied through the flame of the surfacing burner with its heating to the liquid phase formation and formation of the cladding layer in the thermal diffusion zone. Simultaneously, the local heating zone is moved along the restored surface after displacement of surfacing burner with protection of adjacent sections from oxidation by flame of surfacing burner. Remaining layer is applied by direct deposition of powder material with formation of total thickness of applied coating. USE - Technological processes.
