| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The unit has control toggle switches (S1-S6) designed for switching electronic circuits. LEDs indicate a passage of a control signal. A detachable connection unit is designed for connection to a block for simulating power modules and electronic circuits, where one of the power modules and electronic circuits is designed to simulate a signaling circuit for a power element, and include the toggle switches designed to simulate a break in control loops. The toggle switches are designed to simulate final and intermediate positions of a valve with shunt resistors (R1-R8). An electronic circuit is intended to simulate a control circuit of the power element, and includes a control switch. The toggle switches simulate final and intermediate positions of the valve with the shunt resistors for simulating solenoids in parallel to oppositely connected LEDs with resistors limiting current. USE - Unit for simulating tele-signaling and crane remote control for checking and adjusting power modules utilized in a field of automated process control system. ADVANTAGE - The unit increases testing operability, assesses process characteristics and adjusts operating parameters of power control modules for shut-off valves, diagnoses control and management circuits for actuators for automatic control systems and reduces lack of ability to use for diagnostics and adjustment of an equipment of automation systems for controlling actuators connected through a six-wire circuit. The unit improves efficiency of conducting operational testing and adjustment of control and management circuits for actuators through a six-wire and a three-wire connection circuit and allows checking operability of algorithms with different power modules by setting different switch positions for states of simulated crane and control signals.
