| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a cutting unit (102) configured to cut weed in a water body, where the cutting unit comprises three cutters arranged in a configuration comprising horizontally aligned cutters and two vertically stacked cutters. A conveyor unit (104) is connected to the cutting unit (102), and configured to transfer the cut weed to a storage unit (106). The storage unit connected to the conveyor unit, and configured to store the cut weed. A lifting unit (108) is configured to enable vertical movement of the conveyor unit and the cutting unit for aquatic weeding. The cutters blades are detachable and comprise varying shapes and sizes for customizable cutting effects. USE - Aquatic weeding device for use watercraft, i.e boat, a floating platform and an autonomous aquatic vehicle in water bodies, i.e rivers, ponds, and lakes. ADVANTAGE - The detachable cutter blades with varying shapes and sizes are introduced to enable easy customization, enabling the device to address diverse aquatic weed cutting requirements. The pneumatic motor rotation for each cutter is utilized to enhance the device's overall performance, ensuring efficient weed cutting in water bodies. The cutting unit with a configuration of at least three cutters, comprising horizontally aligned and vertically stacked cutters is developed to improve cutting efficiency and adaptability. The secondary horizontal cutter is incorporated between conveyors to facilitate additional cutting and separation of weeds, reducing the overall size of the cut vegetation for improved efficiency. The waste cuboid forming unit is integrated within the storage unit to shape cut weeds into cuboid forms, enhancing efficiency in storage, transportation, and disposal processes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for manufacturing an aquatic weeding device; (2) a method for cleaning a weed by using an aquatic weeding device.
