| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The gun has a 450V direct current (DC) supply circuit configured to charge a capacitor to 450V. A 12V DC supply circuit is provided for powering a triggering circuit. A push button is integrated into the triggering circuit for initiating a stage. Multiple thyristors are provided in each stage for controlling energization of coils. The infrared (IR) LEDs are strategically positioned in bullet detection and triggering subsequent stages. The capacitors are provided to store and release energy for accelerating the coil. The coils are designed to impart acceleration force to the bullet. The resistors are configured to provide precise resistance values in triggering. The LEDs are provided for performing visual indication of the gun operational status. A voltage indicator is integrated to monitor the charging process. A high voltage generator is configured to facilitate the charging. A battery pack is configured for providing a 12V power source. USE - Multi-stage electromagnetic gun used for redefining traditional firearms by replacing gunpowder with an advanced electromagnetic propulsion system in military, defense, and technology sector. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic gun replaces traditional gunpowder-based propulsion in firearms with an electromagnetic system so as to minimize environmental impact of warfare by eradicating harmful substances, achieve a marked reduction in recoil, so that specific components such as thyristors, infrared LEDs, capacitors, coils, and resistors are utilized in a carefully designed circuit, thus reducing cost of bullet production and overall manufacturing while maintaining performance.
