成果简介	NOVELTY - Grain cleaning machine comprises receiving levelling hopper (1), first air channel (2), changing in upper part into settling chamber (18) with screw (20) and installed on it fan (22), sieve part consisting of 2 shaker shoes arranged one above the other with undersowing (C), spike (B) and sorting (D) sieves installed in them. Total area of undersowing (C) and sorting (D) sieves on the machine is greater than the total area of spike sieves (B). There are transverse chutes (15) to discharge the obtained grain fractions and impurities. Each shaker shoe has the same number of tiers for arrangement of sieves. Total number of sieves (C, B, D) installed on the lower shaker shoe is equal to the total number of sieves (C, B, D) installed on the upper shaker shoe. Behind the sieve part there is second air channel (16), which passes in the upper part into second settling chamber (17) with screw (19) and fan (21) installed on it. Undersowing (C), spike (B) and sorting (D) sieves are installed in both shaker shoes so that they form 2-tier arrangement of sieves. Sorting (D) and spike (B) sieves are installed on the first tier, and undersowing (C) and sorting sieves (D) are installed on the second tier. All sieves (C, B, D) are cleaned by brushes (23). On 2nd tier, behind the first and second sieves, disconnected chutes (7) with detachable partitions (5) are installed. In each shaker shoe n-number of 2-tier sieves can be installed. Every two tiers of sieves are separated from the others by bottom (9). In the lower part of first air channel (2), K flag adjustable dividers (3) of the grain mixture (GM) flow supplied to the machine are mounted, where n = 1; 2; 4; 8; 16, and K = (n × 2) – 1.
