Brush drums are arranged in vertical plane one under another, lower of which is adjacent to belt conveyor, and upper is located in zone of curved fixed surface with formation of wedge-shaped channel, and the gas outlet devices are spiral grooves arranged on the surface of the compaction roller under the elastic gas-permeable shell, besides, the compaction roller contacts the pressure brush roller on the side of the unloading device.
