| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a bottom part arranged with a bottom main members that is provided with a slot. An actuator housing is arranged with an actuator assembly. A top part is provided with a top main member and a top attachment member. A connector part is rigidly connected to the top part at a top face of the connector part. A bottom face of the connector part is provided with a pin. The actuator assembly is provided with an actuator and fixed with an actuating cylinder. The actuator assembly retracts an actuator cylinder for generating compressive force at a mating edges of top and bottom molds of a blade. USE - Device for clamping molds of a wind turbine blade in a land-based wind turbine i.e. a Haliade-X offshore wind turbine, during bonding process. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes uniform compressive force between the upper and lower mold halves of a wind turbine blade, thus improving an alignment and a secure engagement of the mold halves during bonding process, and hence improving consistency and quality of the bonding process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for clamping upper and lower halves of a wind turbine blade mold during a bonding process.
